“Horizon Realty & Management” describes a coordinated group of real estate service lines. The specific legal entity responsible for a service will be identified in the applicable brokerage agreement, property-management agreement, consulting agreement, or other engagement document.
Brokerage and property management
Brokerage and property-management activities that require a Georgia real estate license are performed only by or through appropriately licensed Georgia entities and professionals. Website content is not a substitute for the disclosures and terms contained in a signed service agreement. Licensing and contracting-entity details are available from the Horizon team upon request.
Investment consulting
Horizon Investment Services provides real estate acquisition and portfolio consulting. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or securities advice, and website content is not an offer to buy or sell securities. Visitors should rely on their own licensed advisers for professional advice.
